Men’s hearts and identity are under constant attack from today’s culture. Here at Crossroads, we believe that men who are strong in the Lord will be the leaders that God designed them to be. We encourage you to get involved in our men’s ministry. You will find teaching, encouragement and accountability that will empower you to be a Godly man of integrity in our ever changing world! Pastor Corey Jones A lot of confusion surrounds the role of men in society today.  God created in the hearts of men the need for adventure, battle and romance.  It's the plot of all the best stories ever told.  There is something fierce, passionate, and wild in the heart of every man. That is how he bears the  image of God. And the reason most men "live lives of quiet desperation" (Thoreau) is because men have been told that the reason God put them on earth is to be a good boy. To be nice.  But every man longs for a battle to fight, an adventure to live, and a beauty to rescue.  And he needs brothers to support him on this journey.  “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another” (Proverbs 27:17).  At Crossroads we choose friendship instead of isolation, honesty and integrity instead of pretense and deception, and accountability instead of independence.  Crossroads is a place where men can rise up to their full potential in Christ.  Just as Peter stepped out in faith to walk on water to Jesus, we too are men stepping out in faith to partner in the miraculous work Jesus keeps doing to save the world. We offer a variety of events throughout the year for men at Crossroads. Men’s Bible studies are offered on a variety of topics to help deepen your understanding of scripture. Weekly Prayer and Bible Study is offered to help deepen your understanding of Scripture and to encourage great relationships with other Godly men. Thursdays at 7 p.m. Men’s camping weekends and the Men’s prayer breakfast offer opportunities for men to fellowship and grow strong in their relationship with God. In participating with the church Sports Teams, men have a great time of fun and fellowship. More information about upcoming men’s events is located in the worship folder. There are many opportunities to serve. Contact the church office and they will connect you with the men’s ministry team leader. “Be strong and very courageous.
