Pastor Corey and Beth Ann Jones, Lead Pastors

Pastor Corey and Beth Ann Jones have been married for 20 years. They have two children, Matthew and Luke. Pastor Corey received his undergraduate education at Olivet Nazarene University near Chicago , where he met Beth Ann. Pastor Corey received his Master's degree in Theology at Southern Methodist University - Perkins School of Theology. Beth Ann earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. Pastor Corey and Beth Ann have used their training to help people reach their full potential and calling for Christ, whether through preaching, teaching, or counseling.
On a personal note:
On July 5, 2002 our youngest son Luke, who was 23 months old, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia(ALL). The doctors told us that the cancer was in his blood and would kill him within 2 months if left untreated. That same day we started a 2 1/2 year intensive chemotherapy treatment. But most importantly, we began to cry out to our Heavenly Father for a miracle to be done on Luke's behalf. Our faith was taken to a higher level as we sought the Word of God. We received His promises for Luke's healing and we began to stand on those promises. At the end of the first 30 days, after much prayer and fasting the doctors gave us report that there were no cancer cells remaining in Luke's body. Luke finished his treatment in 2005 and remains cancer free to this day! Praise the Lord for His healing power! What Satan tried to do to destroy Luke and our family, God has taken and used it for His good and His glory!

Pastor Chad Jones, Associate Pastor: Worship & Discipleship

Pastor Chad is Pastor Corey’s brother and has been a part of Crossroads Tabernacle from the very beginning. His wife Marti arrived in Texas in 1998 and began attending Crossroads. They eventually married in 1999 and have continued to serve in many different capacities at the church. They now have three children, Caleb, Seth and Hannah.
Chad is the Worship leader and an associate pastor. He also oversees the Cross Training Ministry. Marti is on the worship team and serves as a prayer band leader.

Pastor Randal Benton, Associate Pastor: Administration

Randal and Missy Benton came to Crossroads in 2005. Randal Benton is the administrative pastor and is responsible for the finances, oversight of ministry as well as fulfilling the vision of the leadership of Crossroads Tabernacle. Randal is a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University and Missy is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University.
Randal and Missy Benton have been married for nine years and have two children, Brady and Jackson.

Pastor Ben Conyers, Associate Pastor: Youth

Ben Conyers came to Crossroads Tabernacle in 2001 as an intern. He faithfully volunteered as Youth Pastor for five years and officially came on staff in 2006. He graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a degree in Youth Ministry. Since his arrival in 2001 God has been building a youth ministry that is based on a foundation of prayer and faith. It is his desire to see a revival of youth at Crossroads Tabernacle from every cultural background and to equip them to reach their generation for Christ.
Ben and his wife Melissa have been married for three years, are the parents of a little girl named Zoe and raising their niece Chasidy. It is their desire to help hurting youth of all backgrounds pursue a new life in Christ together.

Pastor Katie Steel, Associate Pastor: Children

Katie Steel has been a member of Crossroads Tabernacle for 11 years. She began attending Crossroads her 9th grade year of high school. In 1999 when Crossroads began to refocus and base everything on prayer she was called into full time ministry. She was very involved with children’s ministry and has been working with children ever since.
Katie attended Southern Nazarene University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Ministry. In September of 2007, Katie became the Children’s Pastor of Crossroads Tabernacle. Katie is so glad to be a part of a church that really makes a difference in the lives of children and families.
Each week God does miracles in our midst and in the lives of all who walk through our doors. Currently, there are over 100 children that come to be a part of this children’s ministry each week. It is her desire to see more and more children give their lives to the Lord and be transformed. She looks forward to spreading the good news of Jesus Christ each and every week in a relevant way.

Pastor Bill Bishop, Associate Pastor: Prayer / Altar Work

Pastor Bill oversees our Prayer and Altar Worker Ministry. It is an intricate part of Crossroads Tabernacle that the Lord is using greatly. Bill is married to Marsha. They will soon be celebrating their 40th anniversary. They have 2 grown children, Scott and Marti. Marti and her husband Chad Jones have 3 active, awesome and adorable kids that keep Bill and Marsha really busy as grand parents. They are all actively engage in serving the Lord at Crossroads.
Bill has served the church for over 38 years. He has served as a Worship Leader, Youth Pastor, Associate and Senior Pastor for churches in Florida, South Carolina, California, Illinois and Arkansas. He has a passion and heart for ministry.
