Everwell Clinic is a developing faith-based community health initiative designed to bring accessible, holistic care to underserved neighbors in the Eastside Fort Worth area. Our goal is to integrate medical care, mental and emotional health support, spiritual care, and social services within a compassionate framework—connecting families to the resources and relationships that promote lasting stability and whole-person wellness. Rather than functioning as a traditional clinic at this time, Everwell is in the early launch and development phase under the umbrella of Crossroads Tabernacle Compassionate Ministries (a 501(c)(3) organization) out of Crossroads Tabernacle. 

We are establishing our structure, partnerships, and volunteer base while hosting monthly pop-up clinics and community wellness events in collaboration with the Eastside YMCA and other local partners.
